Time to book your trip to AvatarMeet 2015!

Welcome to the second newsletter for AvatarMeet 2015. You will find a shed load of information covering hotel reservations, shuttle services between Denver Airport and Amtrak station to Estes Park, camping and the website updates. So without further delay, here it is.

Hotel Info

And the meet up hotel is: Rodeway Inn, Estes Park. We scoured Estes Park to get the optimum hotel with facilities, rooms and location. It is all at a price that compares favorably with previous meet ups. For the first time we have been able to find a hotel where the breakfast is included without additional charge! The venue also includes a pool, gym, meeting facilities, free high speed wi-fi, and even a whirlpool and hot tub!

Further detail on how to book your room, which can either be a single king bed or two queen beds, can be found on the AvatarMeet.com website. So why wait? It's all ready to go!

Activities

Well, what would you like to do?: If you click on this link, you will see that a number of options for activities have been put forward. If you have any further suggestion or preferences, please feel free to forward them through or add them to the discussion so we can pull together an AvatarMeet itinerary.

Web Update

Info and Roll Call Updates: Besides finding information about booking your hotel room, the AvatarMeet website has been updated to include further information in the roll call covering hotel room booking and if you have or are looking for a room mate.
