July 9th SFM Ticket Information

Everyone that has not already contacted Txona Rolyu about Science Fiction Museum tickets needs to do so ASAP. This includes:
-Have not paid for tickets
-Have not gotten a ticket through Txona
-Will buy one upon arrival
-Any Questions at all
With the group discount the tickets are $13.50 for adults and $10.80 for youths.
You can contact Txona Rolyu at dragonsong09@ymail.com. And the deadline to order tickets is 11:59 pm PST June 15th.
Basically, if you are planning on going July 9th and haven't contacted Txona Rolyu, you need to ASAP.
July 9th Volunteers Information
To everyone who has volunteered so
far, I want to say Irayo! I Just want to let everyone know that I will
have some schedules and such for you so you all know when you need to be
ready for the job you have volunteered for. I will give them out on
Saturday morning when we all meet.
So far we have volunteers for the
clean up crew for the lunch, but we do still need a captain for that
crew. So if someone who has already volunteered for the clean up crew
wants to be the captain, that would be great. We also have several
volunteers for the still photography and video at the language talk.
And we have several people who have volunteered to do some different
one-person jobs.
I'm thrilled to have taken on the
little job of Volunteer Coordinator. If anyone has a problem or
question, please PM me. I will be in Seattle Friday and plan on
bringing my laptop with me so I'll have internet access. I am not
staying at the Travelodge, so if anyone needs to get in touch with me on
Friday, you'll need to PM or phone me. If you need the phone number,
please PM me and I'll give you my cell number.

June 4th Recap
 First off, I would like to
say that I personally thought that the weekend was a huge sucess! A
serious thanks to all of those that helped to make it possible and to
everyone that made the effort to come to Seattle. As PSD (post Seattle
depression) hits most of us in our respective corners of the world, all
we need to do is simply think back to the excitment and awesomeness of
our weekend together. It truely was an amazing experience to meet all of
you and a sad moment to watch each one of you depart. I think I speak
for most of us when I say that this will not be the last time that we
meet each other. Keep your calendars open for summer 2011, and we WILL
meet again.
